My home backed to a very busy road making it very difficult to sell. Before choosing Tim, I had previously listed the home twice with no results.  He has a Masters in marketing paired with an incredible energy and can do attitude. I felt like he was the one that was going to make the universe move for me and get the house sold. I was right. The house sold in two weeks, with a two week close date. During that time, Tim was in constant contact with me and was available day and night. Every aspect of the sale was handled with complete competency and the deal went very smoothly. With a two week close date, I was in need of a new home as quickly as possible. Even with a full time job, Tim showed me houses on his lunch hour and after work. I changed my mind on what area I wanted to live in so he had to show me many houses and never got frustrated with me. Tim is such a pleasure to work with.
